There are three rules to Buy-To-Let acquisition:-

BUY A PROPERTY BELOW TRUE MARKET VALUE

BUY A PROPERTY IN AN AREA WHERE THERE IS STRONG RENTAL DEMAND

BUY A PROPERTY WHERE THERE IS A DEFINED EXIT ROUTE

HAVE PROVABLE INCOME IN EXCESS OF £30,000

HAVING CASH FUNDS OF AT LEAST £50,000 AVAILABLE
